Our Team

Jeff Sorrell is the Region's Director, Vice President and is in charge of business development. Prior to the Region's formation Mr. Sorrell was President of Accurate Appraisal Service, Bakersfield, California, where he was a licensed real estate appraiser involved in valuation, report writing, consulting, marketing and sales of residential real estate since 1991.

Casey Sorrell joined the region in May of 2012 and is in charge of sales and marketing for all of Kern County, The Santa Clarita Valley, Palmdale and Lancaster. Mr. Sorrell graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays Kansas June, 2013.

Michelle Schulz is the Office Manager and is active in operations and training for the region. Ms. Schulz has extensive prior experience as an office manager, business owner and book keeping methods. Ms. Schulz joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley in January of 2018.

Susan High joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley December of 2015 as a full time sales rep. and is responsible for Fresno, Tulare and Kings Counties. Prior to joining Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley Ms. High was very successful real estate agent in the greater Fresno area.

Joanna Hearron joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley February of 2015 as a full time field representative. In 2017 Ms. Hearron was promoted to Head of Franchise Development and is responsible for Franchise sales and is active in training opportunities for the region. Prior to joining Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley Ms. Hearron was active with Global Family Care Network as the Overseas Network Facilitator.

Dean Jones Joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley October of 2016 as a full time Inside Sales Rep. Mr. Jones is responsible lead generation, appointment setting and calendar management.

Victoria Gomez Joined Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Southern Valley April of 2018 as a full time Inside Sales Rep. Ms. Gomez is responsible lead generation, appointment setting and calendar management.
